The Oaks Stud have a position available for a keen, reliable person to join our Broodmare team for the 2023 breeding season (July 2023 to February 2024).

Key responsibilities will include:

·         Feeding out and checking paddocks

·         Administering treatments

·         Bringing mares in for vetting each day

·         Holding horses for the vet and farrier

·         Basic record keeping

·         General farm and stable duties

A competitive salary package is on offer and includes accommodation in a 3 bedroom home on-farm, and grazing for one horse.   There is also the possibility of a full-time position for the right candidate.
